Selfie Based Attendance : मप्र में विद्युत् वितरण कम्पनी के कर्मियों को सेल्फी से दर्जा करनी होगी उपस्थिति

एएबी समाचार | अब मध्य क्षेत्र विद्युत वितरण कम्पनी के कार्मिक सेल्फी से भी अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज करा सकेंगे। मध्य क्षेत्र विद्युत वितरण कंपनी द्वारा कोविड-19 के कारण उत्पन्न परिस्थितियों के दृष्टिगत कंपनी के अधिकारियों/कर्मचारियों द्वारा अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज करने के लिये कंपनी में प्रचलित आधार आधारित बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति प्रणाली की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था के रूप में सेल्फी आधारित उपस्थिति प्रणाली लागू की जा रही है।

 Selfie Based Attendance

इस प्रणाली में उपस्थिति दर्ज करने के लिये कार्मिक को अपने कार्यालय में निर्धारित शिफ्ट/समय पर उपस्थित होकर अपने स्वयं के मोबाईल से कंपनी के ‘‘प्रयास एप’’ को खोलकर सेल्फी के माध्यम से उपस्थिति दर्ज करना होगी। इसके माध्यम से कार्मिकों की उपस्थिति अक्षांश एवं देशांतर (Longitude/Latitude) के आधार पर दर्ज हो जाएगी तथा कार्यालय छोडते समय भी समान प्रक्रिया का पालन करना होगा। कार्मिक ऐसे स्थान से सेल्फी लेंगे, जहाँ से उनके बैठने का स्थान अथवा कार्य करने का स्थान स्पष्ट हो। इस संबंध में कंपनी ने आदेश लागू कर दिया है।

Selfie-based attendance : will replace Biometric Attendance

AAB NEWS | The Central Region Power Distribution Company of MP has now introduced a new Selfie Based Attendance Registration System to its employees. Selfie-based attendance system is being implemented by the Central Region Power Distribution Company as an alternative system of Aadhaar based biometric attendance system prevalent in the company to register its presence by the company officers / employees in view of the circumstances arising due to Covid-19.

Selfie-based attendance : will be registered through Prayaas App

In order to register presence in this system, personnel must be present in their office on the scheduled shift / time and open their own "Prayaas app" from their own mobile and record their presence through selfie.

Through this, the presence of personnel will be recorded on the basis of longitude and latitude and the same procedure will have to be followed while leaving office. Personnel will take a selfie from a place from where their seating or working place is clear. In this regard the company has implemented the order .
